Shipping & Roasting Schedule

At Highland Goat Roasters, we don’t believe in letting coffee sit on warehouse shelves waiting to be purchased. We micro-roast every order fresh on-demand so it arrives at your door at peak mountain flavor.

Roasting & Processing Time

• Roast Schedule: Every order is queued for roasting within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.
• Bagging & Packaging: Once roasted, your coffee is immediately bagged in sealed, valve-equipped bags to lock in freshness while allowing natural degassing.

Shipping Options & Transit Times

We ship all orders directly from our roastery via USPS to ensure fast, reliable delivery:

• USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail: Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days once handed off to the carrier.
• Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated live at checkout based on package weight and destination address.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is packaged and shipping label generated, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow your coffee every step of the way.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Because orders enter our roasting queue rapidly, address changes must be submitted immediately to support@highlandgoatroasters.com.
